43200 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using 43200's services. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 43200 platform via the website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 43200 as the platform operator. They apply to all activity on the platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, betting, and use of any features or services provided.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction, to use this platform. 43200 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of being held by an underage user.
Account Registration & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 43200. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts along with any balances held within them. If you suspect that duplicate accounts exist under your name, contact 43200 support immediately.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password secure and not sharing it with anyone.
- All activity occurring under your account, including transactions and bets placed using your login credentials.
- Notifying 43200 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring that all registered personal information is accurate, current, and up to date at all times.
43200 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Users of the 43200 platform agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to hack, modify, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or databases.
- Sharing or lending your account to another user for any purpose.
- Cheating, manipulating, or interfering with game or betting outcomes through unauthorised means.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activities.
- Abusing promotional programmes, bonuses, or rewards in ways that go against the stated terms.
43200 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules. Where a violation is confirmed, the platform may take appropriate action including account suspension or closure without prior notice.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 43200 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information submitted is accurate and valid. 43200 will not be held liable for any delays or failures resulting from incorrect information provided.
Available deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfer. The minimum deposit is RM 10, depending on the chosen method. The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 for standard accounts and may differ for VIP accounts.
Withdrawals will be processed within the designated timeframe depending on the chosen method and the account's VIP tier. 43200 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for investigation purposes where there are signs of suspicious activity or conduct inconsistent with these terms. In such cases, users will be notified and may be required to submit verification documents.
All successful deposits are non-refundable once funds have been credited to the account. Users are advised to verify the deposit amount before confirming each transaction.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
43200 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Confirmation that the user is under eighteen (18) years of age.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
- Requests from competent authorities.
- Prolonged account inactivity in accordance with the platform's internal policy.
If an account is closed due to a violation, 43200 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. In cases of voluntary closure by the user, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
Liability limit: 43200 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses incurred by users, including loss of profits or data. The platform's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding that claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 43200 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of 43200 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 43200.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. 43200 has no control over the content or practices of these third-party services and accepts no responsibility for any issues arising from their use. Any interaction you have with third parties is at your own risk.
43200 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved through channels mutually agreed upon by both parties.
